Endorphins Rule

Only those who risk going to far can possibly know how far they can go. That's been my mantra over the last few months and well... Anyway there were some messy bits; deppression, insomnia, medicating, bingeing, and all the usual compusions. Strong enuff a blow to get this veterans attention. Tipping the scales back my way, I put in a great 4 hours this morning at the crack of predawn and the endorphins are rockin my world. Now to make it stick. Clean the house, check emails, and I think ill stop into the library for a good book. Hopefully twilight is in. Three chapters in and it was going well, but for my slow reading. Ps. A Timmy Hortons going up near my house. Strange location for fremont but then Canadians do things there way eh? LoL
