Please support this petition to stop News Corp that controls Myspace from continuing to aggressively censor Myspace user's freedom of expression and freedom of choice to use different video, photo, and other services to better their Myspace experience. News Corp has begun to block our access to services like Youtube, Photobucket, Imageshack, and Vidilife so that Myspace's products are user's only choice. Lets force News Corp to end its censorship practices and return freedom of expression to Myspace users and their profile pages

In a telling slip-up, a MySpace moderator has admitted that it is MySpace.com policy to censor and filter out posts containing links to the Prison Planet.com website, adding that the MySpace server automatically blocks such information.

Now the U.S Federal Bureau of Investigation is monitoring the internet social forum Myspace. It’s even mailing malware and spyware out to myspace clients

In an great example that even the little guy being able to make a difference, the tale of censorship of YouTube video’s at MySpace, as reported here on 22 Dec has made the NY Times (reg req). Congrats to Ellis Yu on a wonderful grass roots campaign.
