What a day man! Up at 5. A nice 20 miles at sunrise ride on the trail. Slightly cool with light fog enuf to see in the distance and laying along the orchard. Then a good two hours at the gym after breakfast and off to afternoon classes at Terra. After class I helped brother in law get my sister and family moved into their new house. A few good loads with the moving truck. Us three guys were wore out for sure. Oh wait theres more, lol, A trip to take my mom to the ER for her foot. And you know that was a three hour wait but we finally got out of there after midnight. Yeah finally home. Food, shower, and relax with a friend before crashing out hard by three. Goes without saying... today will be for resting
