Wahoo! Done and Duhn! Bags are loaded. Dick and I are full of kibble. Just need to stop by Dan's Bike shop for a fresh water bottle and holder, hmmm should pick up a front light as well - would like to do a bit of night riding on the open country roads. Fremont to Cincinatti via 'Little Miami Bike Trail at Dayton. Decided to pack a sleeping bag. Temps will be low in the 50's at night. Still... I was able to keep it to front bags only. My rear wheel has enough work to do carrying my fat ass 420 miles. I'll load the front up with bags and bedroll. Plenty of sunscreen and bugspray. A change of off bike clothes, sandals, ferret stuff, and road tools. My beautiful friend recomended a great book "Lovely Bones" and i'll pack my journal/camera to share the adventure when were home next week. Well thats it for now. I'm off to print out a few weather reports and have one last look at that jet stream filled with dodgey summer showers. Wish us tailwinds!
