I dont usually spend focus on down time, but as a person living with cronic depression maybe its appropriate to at least mention the occasional struggle. Monday night was a flood of despair, you know one of them times were it just starts swirling in your mind and all you can really do is draw the windows and chant "peace & calm" till it passes. Stayed in bed all day tuesday and its mostly passed now. Well not really wanting to give it much discussion, rather just want to let my friends know where I been eh. It somes it goes I live anotherday. Anyway thats behind me now.
Back out on the trail this morning for a super cool, foggy sunrize ride. Nice! Oh and dont anyone miss PBS toledo tonight 8pm i think. Its all "ferrets" Holy crap it looks like a great show. Little fuzzies always lift my spirits.
